Prerna has worked in public accounting since 2016 and is a corporate tax manager concentrating on corporate tax compliance, consulting, and income tax provisions for clients in the software, mobile development and biotechnology industries.
She is a California licensed CPA and holds a bachelor’s in commerce, an MBA in Finance, and obtained her MS in Taxation at SJSU.
Her interests include cooking, going for walks, watching movies and spending time with friends and family.
